YouTube working on live mobile streaming?
Aug 31st
According to Robert Scoble, YouTube is well aware of the fact that they are falling behind with their streaming serviceses. Their main concern is not services like Ustream and Justin.tv. The Scobleizer has talked to some YouTube engineers. Their main concern is that thay can’t offer mobile streaming. A present they can’t compete with Qik, Bambuser and Flixwagon with this sort of service. According to Scoble, YouTube are working on solution’s, but no one will talk public about it. All I can say is, it’s not a minute to soon. It’s been a long time since YouTube was an innovator on the streaming platform. When they release their solution, I hope it’s even better than Qik, Bambuser and Flixwagon. In worst case, they just buy one of the companies.
What should a mobile streaming service from YouTube offer? Let’s give them som help develop a good service for MOJO’s!

Testing out Apture
Aug 25th
You might have observed a lot of new features on my site these days. I’m trying out Apture’s link magic in my posts. Just try to hold your pointer over links with for example a “w”. This indicates that you will be able to view an article from Wikipedia, even without having to leave my site. Apture also makes the job of finding video for embedding much easier. From my perspective as a blogger, this is one of the easiest way to add links and video I’ve tried ever. Hopefully giving this site added value. What do you think of this features? Too much, too little? Leave a comment with your opinions.
Need to get closer?

The wide angle lens most mobile phones are equipped with isn’t very good when your point of interest is far away. On Ebay I found several types of telescope lenses. Since I haven’t tried it, I don’t know what sort of quality you can expect, but at least you will get some attention. The lens is mounted on a transparent case. You find these lenses for several types of mobile phones.
Making a hotspot of your phone
Aug 14th
JoikuSpot could be a handy piece of software to have on your mobile phone. It simply turns your phone into a WIFI hotspot. You can use your 3G, 3.5G or WIFI network as an access carrier. Giving you or others the ability to use your mobile phone as a hotspot for laptops.
