Your voice

What’s your opinion about MOJO’s? On this page you can express your opinion about the evolution of mobile reporting or suggest topics for me to blog about. I’m considering setting up a forum for MOJO’s all over the world. Do we need it? Express yourself, but keep it clean and be nice and decent.  :-)

  1. Is it possible that you could write more about the changes happening with the old newpapers? I’m a press photographer in Sweden and my boss expect me to suddenly deliver video for web. I have tried a couple of times, and yes, it looks awful and childlike. I understand it’s no way around, but there are few places where help can be found.

And yes, I would like a forum. If you set it up, can you please make a cateogry for photographers?

  2. I would like to see more videos comparing equipment. Most blogs out there haven’t got MOJOs in mind. Your comparison of the N82 and N96 is a good example of stuff I won’t more of.

I really don’t see the point with a forum. It’s easy to comment on each post and I can always post a comment of this page to kick off a new topic. That’s good enough for me :-)

  3. Good site - but I am really surprised at the amount of grammatical errors and incorrect spelling here. eg. ‘descent’ should be ‘decent’. Maybe a bit of editing by another person would be advised?

  4. Since english is not my native language I can’t see a lot of errors an incorrect spelling. If there is, it dosen’t bother me either. But I would love it if you can start writing in norwegian. Maybe you can write it both in english and norwegian or simply just norwegian. Judging by a lot of the usernames this blog is mainly used by scandinavians and we understand each other. Right? It also seems like most of the linking to this blog is from norgwegian sites also.

I would love a forum on this page. I guess the forum you and bloggerguy have set up at http://www.videojournalist.no mostly covers videojournalism. I would like a forum focusing on mobile journalism, shifts in the industry and equipment.

And by the way, kudos from a competitor. I love the openness both you, Bloggerguy and the NRK Beta-guys have towards your norwegian competitors. I my company, we try to protect every tought we have. Not a good culture in in terms of openness.
